    1. What is Wisdom Gateway? +
    Wisdom Gateway is an online learning platform where students can access courses, assignments, quizzes, and resources designed by teachers to improve digital learning in Pakistan.
    2. How can I log in to my account? +
    Click on the “Log in” button on the homepage and enter your username and password. If you don’t have an account, contact your site administrator for registration.
    3. What should I do if I forget my password? +
    On the login page, click the “Forgot password?” link. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
    4. How can I submit assignments on the site? +
    Go to your course → open the “Assignment” activity → click “Add submission” → upload your file → and click “Submit assignment.”
    5. How do I attempt a quiz? +
    Open your course, click on the quiz activity, and then click “Attempt quiz now.” After finishing, don’t forget to click “Submit all and finish.”
    6. Can I access the site from my phone? +
    Yes! You can use the official Moodle Mobile App. Just open the app, enter https://talha.paktaleem.org as the site address, and log in with your credentials.
    7. How can I check my grades? +
    In your course, click on “Grades” in the left-side navigation. You’ll see your marks and feedback for all assignments, quizzes, and activities.
    8. Why can’t I see my enrolled courses? +
    Courses appear only after your teacher or administrator enrolls you. If you think you should have access, contact your instructor or admin for help.
    9. How do I contact my teacher or admin? +
    Click on “Participants” inside your course, select your teacher’s name, and use the “Message” option to send them a direct message.
    10. Who should I contact for technical support? +
    If you face technical issues, please reach out to the site administrator through the contact form or email support@paktaleem.org.
